SATCON has worked on many major projects in Lebanon and abroad.
Drilling/coring was done on all types of soil. Boreholes down to a depth of 200m. were drilled on many occasions. Work includes:
- Planning of Investigation
- Drilling boreholes, recovery of disturbed and undisturbed samples.
- Conducting field tests, as SPT, Pressuremeter and permeability tests, etc.
- Laboratory testing
- Engineering analysis of field and laboratory data.
- Recommendations for design and construction of foundations, and other potential activities such as retaining walls, shoring of excavation and infrastructures.
Works are carried out by skilled operators, and supervised by qualified geologists and engineers. Works are carried for, or under the supervision of major consulting firms, including DAR AL-HANDASA-Shair and Partners, KHATIB And ALAMI, Associated Consulting Engineers ACE, LIBANCONSULT, SPECTRUM, RAFIK EL-KHOURY and PARTNERS, KREDO and others.
